EVERWILD NATURE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Everwild Nature’s Terms & Conditions aim to present an open, equal and straight forward structure for all who wish to participate. Everwild aims to provide the highest quality outdoor experiential learning environment for all participants. This extends to equipment, as well as any external qualified practitioners or freelancers that Everwild may from time to time work with.
This information should be read carefully before completing consent and paying for your activity sessions. Please ensure to tick the box below to confirm that you understand and accept Everwild’s T&Cs. Upon completion of this booking, consent and payment form the parent(s)/guardian(s) named above will have agreed and entered into a contract on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. Please do not hesitate to contact Everwild (everwildnature@gmail.com) if you any have questions/queries prior to completing your booking.
Confirmation of Booking: A place on each activity session will only be confirmed upon receipt of the above booking and consent form and when full payment has been made. You will be sent an email to confirm your child’s place on each block. Payment is currently made via bank transfer. Bookings are made on a first come, first serve basis, and allocated upon receipt of both the booking and consent form and full payment (as stated above).
Cancellation / Refunds: Everwild’s activity sessions will run whatever the weather, and Everwild will endeavour to deliver each session where it is safe to do so. In the event of extreme weather Everwild will seek an alternative sheltered option where possible. If a session is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons, you will be contacted as soon as possible by text/email. Everwild will offer an alternative session date if/where possible. Where an alternative date is not possible, a refund for the session will be made.
If a session is cancelled due to staff illness an alternative date will be offered, but where this is not possible a refund will be made. Where a refund is offered, it must be accepted by you, and will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
Everwild reserves the right to cancel activity sessions where participant numbers no longer make it viable to deliver.
Bookings for activity or adventure sessions may be cancelled, in writing, up to 14 days prior to the first session activity date. Any cancellation of bookings within this period will be liable to pay the full cost of the activity sessions and no refund will be issued. However Everwild are aware that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances occur so will give consideration to cancellations resulting from exceptional circumstances.
In the event of a parent/guardian deciding to withdraw a child from any activity sessions booked in blocks at any point during the block of sessions, parents/guardians are still liable for the full payment for the programme, and a refund will not be issued.
Everwild reserves the right to terminate a participant’s place on activity sessions with immediate effect should there be a breach of it’s terms and conditions, or policies (available to read on request), which are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants and staff. Any persons attending Everwild’s activity or adventure sessions who is deemed to be behaving in an inappropriate manner, displaying offensive or aggressive behaviour, under the influence of drugs or alcohol or in breach of any of Everwild’s policies will be asked to leave immediately. Any parent(s)/guardian(s) in breach of our terms and conditions or policies will risk the cancellation of their child’s place, and a refund will not be issued.
Absence due to holidays and illness: Please note that, regrettably, to ensure continuity, Everwild cannot offer refunds where participants are absent due to holidays or illness.
Covid-19 Local/National Lockdown: Everwild hopes lockdown is a thing of the past but should a Local or National Lockdown occur again and require EverWild to cease the delivery of any of activity sessions, we will offer an alternative date, or if this is not possible a refund.
Associated Risk: Everwild aims to deliver all activity sessions outside. Subsequently the content of delivery does come with associated, yet appropriate risks. By signing these Terms and Conditions the parent(s)/guardian(s) acknowledge the presence of these risks.
Everwild has all relevant health & safety measures, safety operating procedures and insurance in place to support the safe delivery and participation in its activity and adventure sessions.
Everwild’s full handbook detailing policies and risk assessments/safety operating procedures are available to view at any time.
Health / Medical / Dietary: The above consent form has a section to record all relevant health, medical and dietary information about participants. All health, medical (including allergies) and dietary information must be disclosed prior to the commencement of any activity session/adventure. Any changes to this information must also be shared and updated with EverWild.
EverWild and associated freelancers are fully First Aid qualified. Any Inhalers/Epipens/insulin, etc. must be brought to each activity session for use in case of an emergency.
In Loco Parentis: In booking with Everwild, parent(s)/guardian(s) consent to the use of such physical contact with children as may be appropriate, lawful, and necessary for the safe and effective delivery of each activity session. This most commonly relates to things such as tool work, and aspects of health & safety, to maintain safe practices within the activity session, or for the delivery of First Aid. Any necessary physical contact with participants is, also, always undertaken with the participant’s permission to do so.
GDPR: All participant and parental personal data held digitially or on paper will be deleted/shredded in line with current GDPR regulations. During this time your data will be stored securely and confidentially. This relates to all information detailed on the booking form above including medical information and any other dislcosures made.
Marketing and Advertising: From time to time Everwild Naure would like to email parent(s)/guardian(s) to share exciting news or information on future activities and adventures. If you wish not to receive these communications please do not tick the marketing and advertising option below.
Photographs may be taken during the eactivity sessions to share with each participant/parent/guardian and on occassion used for Marketing purposes via Social Media. EverWild Nature ensures the anonymity of each participant and will never reveal an individual or group by name.
If you are not happy for your child’s image to appear on Everwild Nature’s Social media please specify during your booking.
